Obviously, the team will need a coach. You’ll
want a coach that is able to deal effectively
with all ages and skill levels of skaters. You
will need to identify a coach so that both you
and he/she can put a game plan together before
you get too far into the process. If you have
been involved in the sport for some time and
have a good mentor or good understanding of the
dynamics involved with the sport, you may decide
to coach yourself. For more information in

USARS Certified coach really isn’t all that hard
if you have the desire, knowledge and patience
to deal effectively with team members.
